Because it has been a while...

I thought I would say hello since I have been distracted. I have been compulsivel looking up ideas for Braxton's 1st B-day party, and thinking about my special upcoming anniversary :). I have also managed to squeeze in some time to attend Cousin Libby's B-day party on Sunday and do a little work here and there. :) Because I haven't yet uploaded any of my pictures, I will put up an old but fave. :) Happy Friday to everyone tomorrow!

1st Trip to Michigan- Take 1

I was so excited about our trip, I thought I'd help mommy pack.

I was soo good riding in the car. I played and slept most of the way.

I have to support Grammie's home team.

Grammie and most of her brothers and sisters. These are the ones we visited while "up north"

1st Trip to Michigan-Take 2

Visiting with family...

I just loved Marlene...I love all little girls ;)

Family trip to Dinosaur Gardens Minus Braxton

Meeting my great Grandma for the first time :) I love her so much already. She gave me all kinds of smooches and tried to sneak me food. What more could a little one ask for?

Braxton's new favorite thing to do.

Oh, how I (Braxton) love music. And my new favorite thing to do is play my own. I do this by clapping my hands, smacking my legs, banging on anything within reach, and....climbing up to play the piano. Mommy is a little scared that I will fall and hit my head, but with fear aside, she really enjoys her daily concert. I think I will continue impressing her with my skills.

My day....

Today Braxton and I (aka: Anita, Nitabug, mommy) went to his 9 m0s check up and then did a bit of errand running. Dr. Cox reported that Braxton looks great in every area! My healthy boy has shrunk to only rank in the 75th percentile in weight (little shrimp) at 21.14 lbs and is now in the 90th percentile for heightat 29 in. Brax was such a good boy while we were out and about, we ended the day with a refreshing Watermelon treat. This is how B eats his...with his strainer. Yum Yum.

At nine months Braxton:

  • is wearing 12-18 month clothes
  • has 7 1/2 teeth and bottom molars coming in
  • naps 3 times a day
  • has recently started eating yogurt and cheese
  • is crawling around (mostly still on belly)
  • is pulling up on everything and taking some steps
  • is not sleeping through the night
  • claps
  • loves music, food, puppy toy, plastic bottles, animals, kids-especially little girls,Action bible songs, and water-bath and pool
  • hates getting diaper changed, and being put to sleep
  • gives kisses ;)
  • dances

He is the sweetest baby there is. I fall more in love with him every day :) I think he feels the same about me too :)

Welcome the Woody family to 2010

So, I guess we are behind the times. We are finally entering the blog game. Yay for us! So, bear with us while we figure this thing out. :)
